Port Moody learning centre supports struggling pet owners

Roxyvolunteer.jpg

Stepping 4words Learning Center is inviting others to join them in support of Roxy’s Fund this Christmas.

Roxy’s Fund — part of Paws for Hope Animal Foundation — provides support to homeless, street-involved and low income pet guardians through the provision of items necessary for the well being of their animals, such as food, bedding, jackets, collars, leashes, kitty litter and toys.

Stepping 4words Learning Center, which provides education support for students, would like to give back to those less fortunate and are inviting others to do the same.

Stepping 4words will be accepting donations at the learning center at #1 2227 St. Johns Street, Port Moody until Dec. 15, Monday to Thursday, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
