Experts offer tips on buying your first home
Buying one's first home can be a stressful experience and the more one knows the better.
That's why Terry Fox Library is providing an opportunity for people to learn about this important financial milestone. The library in Port Coquitlam is bringing together a realtor, a home Inspector, a mortgage broker and a financial planner, who will share their knowledge. The meeting is set for Tuesday, Feb, 5, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Topics will include how to choose a realtor, property types, saving for a down payment, mortgages and why and how to get a home inspection.
This session is for those who have bought a home before and need a refresher and for those just getting started.
