Jingle Bell Jog Dec. 2 in Coquitlam

A seasonal fun run is approaching at a jog in Coquitlam.

The second annual Jingle Bell Jog is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 2 at Coquitlam Centre mall.

The family run/walk race supports Share Family and Community Services’ food bank and Christmas programs, which serve 1,800 individuals and families in the Tri-Cities.

The race routes are as follows:

• Jingle Bell Jog is a 5 km run/walk around Lafarge Lake;

• Reindeer Runners is a 1 km run/walk for children around Coquitlam Centre.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon on Dec. 2 and online registration closes at midnight on Nov. 29, with early bird fees available before Nov. 26. Registration fees for the Jingle Bell Jog are: adults, $30 by Nov. 26, $35 after; 15 years and younger, $25/$30; for Reindeer Runners: adults: $20/$25; 15 and younger, $15/$20.
