Friends of Terry Fox Library meet Jan. 30

Friends cab make a difference in anyone’s life — and even for a library.

Friends of the Terry Fox Library is a group of volunteers who promote library services in the Port Coquitlam. They initiate and support library programs and fundraising activities in cooperation with library staff. Friends of Fox also raise awareness of the library with local politicians and community representatives.

If you would like to meet people and share your skills to work together and support PoCo’s library, the next Friends of the Terry Fox Library meeting is at the library on Wednesday, Jan. 30 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

For more information, visit the library at 2470 Mary Hill Rd. or call 604-927-7999. Terry Fox Library is part of the Fraser Valley Regional Library, which operates branches in 24 communities.
