Inspire Health is offering a free cancer care workshop at the Port Moody Public Library next week.
The workshop, which will be held on Tuesday, June 19, between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the library, is open to adults with a current or past cancer diagnosis and family members and support people are also welcome.
Educational and interactive sessions are led by an InspireHealth physician and nutritionist.
Participants supply their own lunch, but tea and light refreshments are provided. Inspire Health is a supportive cancer care organization approved by the BC Ministry of Health.
