The work of a newly formed art group in Port Moody will be shown this month on the city’s library walls.

It is the first exhibit for The Art Club, which formed in February due to the long wait lists to get into other PoMo art organizations; it now boasts 12 members.

The club meets the second Monday of each month. For more information about The Art Club, email mdavy@telus.net.

The Port Moody Public Library (100 Newport Dr.) is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.
