Young ballet, jazz and hip hop dance students at Coquitlam’s Place des Arts will be in the spotlight on Sunday for the facility’s year-end dance recital.

Teachers Lucienne Anzcykowski (ballet), Joey Browne (jazz, hip hop, and song and dance) have each choreographed more than 20 dances. And several students of Kristen Pickell (lyrical and tap teacher) will also perform.

Two shows are scheduled at the Terry Fox Theatre (1260 Riverwood Gate, Port Coquitlam) on June 24: ballet at 2 p.m.; and jazz, hip hop, song and dance, tap and lyrical at 6:30 p.m. Tickets at $15/$13 are available through PdA by calling 604-664-1636.
