The Maria Ho Quartet — featuring Terry Fox secondary graduate Maria Ho on vocals, Michael Creber on piano, Daryl Jahnke on guitar and Tim Stacey on bass — will play famous film tunes at the Evergreen Cultural Centre (1205 Pinetree Way) on Nov. 30 at 8 p.m. Tickets at $20 are available through the box office at 604-927-6555 or visiting www.evergreenculturalcentre.ca.

Coquitlam resident Sharon Crandall will play Fruma Sarah in Gateway Theatre’s upcoming production of Fiddler on the Roof. The show marks Crandall’s debut with the Richmond-based company, which is running its 29th musical classic from Dec. 12 to 31. Previously, Crandall was in Theatre Under the Stars’ Music Man, Hair and Bye Bye Birdie; The Wizard of Oz (MUSSOC); Flower Drum Song (Applause); and Cinderella (Footlight). Tickets to Fiddler on the Roof are $48/$30 and available by calling the box office at 604-270-1812 or visiting www.gatewaytheatre.com.
