Isabella Lyons (left) of Anmore plays Clara in the Royal City Youth Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker.

The performance, which runs this weekend at the Surrey Arts Centre and Dec. 23 at Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver, also features Tri-City dancers Georgia Lyons (party girl); Taylor Gevatkoff (party girl and angel); Edana Nagy (party baby); Emma Juhala (party girl); and Frances Healy (soldier).

The New Westminster-based group has showcased the seasonal classic for 24 years, the longest run for any company in Canada.
