A popular stage actress who was due to appear in Coquitlam next month has cancelled her show.

Louise Pitre, who was recently featured as a critic on CBC-TV's Over The Rainbow reality competition that saw Gleneagle secondary student Jennifer Gillis make the Top 7, has cancelled her B.C. dates due to a health issue.

Pitre was slated to perform at the Evergreen Cultural Centre on Feb. 7.
