The sights and sounds of southern Spain will kick off the city of Port Coquitlam’s 14th annual Sunday Coffee Concert series on Sunday.

The Karen Flamenco dance company will present Snow Queen at the Terry Fox Theatre (1260 Riverwood Gate) on Feb. 10 at 2 p.m Tickets for each event are $12/$10/$6. Call 604-927-8400 for more information.

The death of a Romanian immigrant in Israel is the subject of this month’s flick offered by the Port Moody Film Society. The Human Resources Manager (drama/comedy with English subtitles) will be screened at the Inlet Theatre (100 Newport Dr.) on Friday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 at the door with a $5 annual society membership.
