• Star Wars: Rogue Fun: Test your knowledge of Star Wars trivia at CPL’s Jeopardy-style quiz on Saturday, Dec. 17 starting at 1:30 at the City Centre branch. This event is for people ages 10 years and older. Questions will be derived from Star Wars episodes I to VII and prizes will be awarded to the top teams and for the best costumes. • Reading Buddies — teen volunteers needed: Teens can volunteer at Terry Fox Library as a reading buddy to a child in kindergarten to Grade 3 to help them improve their reading skills. This is a great opportunity to gain volunteer hours for community work experience requirements and will look good on a resume. • Celebrate the season: Enjoy a Very Port Moody Christmas — a joyous storytime celebration with carols, holiday stories, a candy cane duel, refreshments and a visit from Santa.
