Wednesday announcement on the Evergreen Line
With pre-construction on the Evergreen Line set to start, the long-anticipated rapid transit system is starting to take shape.
On Wednesday, Jan. 25, a special event is taking place at the Port Moody Station of the West Coast Express where an announcement regarding the line is supposed to be made.
There is no word as to what the announcement will be but the federal government, the province and TransLink are sponsoring the event.
As well, those who have been invited to the attend are warned to bring extra coins, or a credit card to pay for parking or carpool.
