Port Coquitlam photographer Steve Smith took a boat trip on the Fraser River last Friday and captured a unique view of the Port Mann/Highway 1 project. Above, a crew raises a prefabricated steel segment of bridge undercarriage. The new Port Mann Bridge is expected to open in December.
