Playground cash for Coquitlam school

A Coquitlam elementary school is getting money for a new playground as part of an $8-million provincial playground funding commitment.

A grant of $50,000 is going to Meadowbrook elementary school to upgrade its equipment.

This is the final phase of the playground funding commitment made by the province last September, bringing the total number of schools benefiting from the two-year program to 227 province-wide.
