Furnace source of smell, students returned to classes
Anmore elementary school students got an extra long recess this morning (Thursday) after they were evacuated to allow officials to investigate the source of an odour.
Terasen and fire officials were called out and a furnace issue was identified. Students returned indoors at approximately 11 a.m. after air tests were completed, according to a School District 43 report.
