Nominations are being sought for outstanding environmental stewards in Coquitlam.

The city is looking for nominees for its 11th annual Environmental Achievement Awards, which recognize individuals, groups and educators who have helped to promote, conserve and better Mother Earth.

Nominees don't have to be Coquitlam residents but their activities must have happened in the municipality.

The deadline to nominate someone is April 7. For an online form, visit coquitlam.ca/enviroawards.
