B.C. schools aren't the only places where end of the year activities have been mostly cancelled due to the ongoing strike by the BC Teachers' Federation — a planned board meeting by School District 43 has also been cancelled.

In a note on its website, SD43 notes "Given the uncertainty of negotiations at this time and in an attempt to be sensitive to the current labour dispute, the board will cancel its regular board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 24.

Please continue to check the website for further updates on upcoming scheduled events and activities."
