A Coquitlam secondary school and Douglas College were briefly in a hold and secure position Wednesday afternoon because of an unconfirmed report of a firearm in the area.
Coquitlam RCMP instituted the cautionary measure, meaning no one could go in or out of Pinetree secondary schoo.
But the measure was lifted about an hour later.
