Sound off on Canada Post, national defence and climate change with Port Coquitlam-Coquitlam MP Ron McKinnon.

Starting next Tuesday, the Liberal MP will host three consultation sessions on the topics — with at least four more planned for this summer.

McKinnon will hear from constituents on Canada Post on July 26 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Coquitlam Public Library, City Centre branch (Room 136, 1169 Pinetree Way).

The country's defence policy will be up next, on Friday, July, 29 from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Evergreen Cultural Centre (1205 Pinetree Way).

And, on Wednesday, Aug. 31, also at the City Centre library branch, McKinnon will be joined by Jonathan Wilkinson, parliamentary secretary to the minister of environment and climate change. That town hall is from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

McKinnon said he wants further meetings on electoral reform, innovation and technology, the Trans-Pacific Partnership and veterans' affairs.

Call 604-927-1080.
