Share your Canada Day photos and help create a Celebrate Canada Day video

The Tri-City News wants residents of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra to load their Canada Day photos to help create a video of Canada's 148th birthday.

What are you doing on Canada Day?

Show us how you celebrated Canada's 148th birthday and your photo could be included in The Tri-City News' community video project.

We're looking for still photos that show what it means to be Canadian and call the Tri-Cities home.

Whether you're celebrating July 1 at a community event such as those in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam or Port Moody, or with friends and family, a photo from your day helps us tell the story — and you don't have to be a professional photographer to take part.

Simply go to The Tri-City News' Celebrate Canada Day event page to upload your photos. While there, you can view a sample video that was made, using past Canada Day pix, to help inspire you.

Besides The Tri-City News readers' efforts, Celebrate Canada Day videos are being created across the country — so let's make the Tri-Cities' video the best of them all.
