Re. “Seaview parents push for traffic safety in area” (The Tri-City News, Nov. 15). 

A possible solution to slow down motorists near Seaview elementary school in Port Moody is to rebuild the intersection of Cecile and Angela drives as a raised intersection. In effect, the entire intersection would become a speed hump.

It’s unfortunate Port Moody city council decided to disband its transportation committee as the channel for these road safety issues.
