A financial abuse workshop focusing on seniors will be put on at the Dogwood Pavilion in Coquitlam on Sept. 18.
The workshop will highlight forms of financial abuse through power of attorney, joint bank accounts and representation agreements. Seniors First BC will show older adults how they can protect their finances and recognize and respond to financial abuse of themselves and their friends.
