The Editor,

The incident of the assault on the Skytrain is most disheartening in a time we should be working together as Canadians.

COVID-19 is not the fault of the Chinese people; they are our neighbours, people that make up this beautiful multicultural country. Let us be generous and kind to all our neighbours particularly during this once in a lifetime crises. Canadians are known for their tolerance and kindness; hatred has no part in our society.
