Terry Fox is hoping to make a clean sweep at this weekend's B.C. high school football championships.

Before the Sr. Ravens take on the Mt. Douglas Rams for the AAA title Saturday night, the Jr. Ravens will take to the field at BC Place in a battle to determine the province's top junior team. The Ravens are looking for a repeat of the 2006 season when Terry Fox became the first school in B.C. history to lay claim to both the junior and senior high school football crowns.

The Jr. Ravens earned their way to the finals with a 21-16 win over the Mt. Douglas Rams.

While the Rams were able to contain the Ravens' ground attack - Jeremie Kankolongo held to 33 yards on 21 carries - quarterback Jake Laberge did the damage through the air. Laberge completed 10-of-18 for 126 yards, with a five-yard touchdown strike to Matt Cameron and hooking up with Brandon Shanley for another 15-yard score. Malcolm Sanchez rushed for the other touchdown.

Keith Lewars led the Ravens' defence with nine tackles and a sack, while Taylor Poitras made eight tackles and a fumble recovery and Brenden Dieno recorded six tackles.

The 9-1 Jr. Ravens will now look for their fourth straight win over the St. Thomas More Jr. Knights in Saturday's 1 p.m. title game at BC Place. Terry Fox won last year's junior championship with a 14-7 win over the Jr. Knights. The Sr. Ravens square off with Mt. Douglas at 7 p.m. Saturday in BC Place.
