Seven appeared to be the Port Moody Lordco Gunners' lucky number last weekend.

On Saturday, the club dispatched Coastal FC 7-0 before following up on Monday with a 7-0 win over the Westcoast Razorbacks in Bradner Cup under-21 soccer action.

Edi Bogere and Steven Porchellato netted two each with singles Brendan Vollman, Nick Leonard and Brian Hope in the game against Coastal, while Seb Faber netted the shutout.

Bogere kept the scoring up on Monday with a hat trick netted in 20 minutes, after Brain Hope opened the scoring in the first half.

In the second half, Vollman, Portchellato and Nick Leonard scored, while Faber earned his sixth shutout in seven games.

The Gunners' Premier Division squad also notched a win last weekend. The team dominated possession and scoring chances but needed a Riki Nakayama tap-in off a Jeff Rogers header in the 94 minute to pull out the win.

Despite carrying the play, the Gunners gave up the opening goal off a corner kick but evened it up six minutes later when Rogers buried a Russ Huggon feed.

In division three soccer, the Port Moody Gunners managed a 3-0 win over the North Coquitlam Knights, with Sina Najafi, Matt Mobilio and Dan Bordington each netting goals.

Michael Yip earned the shutout with strong defensive play from Nate McKinnon and Adam Bordignon.

But the club was less successful on Monday when they lost 2-1 in Bradner Cup soccer action to North Detla. Michael Jurkowski scored the lone Gunners goal.
