Digital photography, shapes explored by multi-talented artist

Edward Peck may have a master’s degree in counselling psychology from UBC but, for the past three decades, art — namely drawing, photography, graphics, publishing, painting, etching and filmmaking — has taken up much of his time.

Peck works alone and with other visual artists, including Phyllis Schwartz, who is a co-principal of the Sassamatt visual artists collective.

Until Oct. 29, their experimental art can be seen in an exhibit called Collaborative Alchemy in The Outlet at Port Coquitlam’s Leigh Square; their display, featuring plant-based materials, also includes originals by Pierre Leichner.
