An artist who grew up in Coquitlam and has ties to School District 43’s international education program is one of 500 artists and artisans featured in this year’s Eastside Culture Crawl in Vancouver.

Participants can visit Garrett Andrew Chong at his studio at 89 Gore Ave., in the Railtown neighbourhood, during the 23rd annual free festival, which runs from Nov. 14 to 17.

Semi-retired from his marketing company, Ideographic Strategies Inc., Chong now works on digital HDR imagery on mixed media.
