Environment Canada's Metro Vancouver weather forecastĀ for the week of March 27, 2023 includes inland temperatures climbing during the day and falling near freezing overnight.

While you'll probably need to bundle up overnight, the Metro Vancouver forecast calls for some seductively summery weather this week.

While Monday, March 27 was somewhat gloomy in the early morning, the skies quickly cleared, allowing for bright sunshine to kick off the start of the working week. Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 10 C in the afternoon on the coast, while inland temperatures are expected to climb up to 15 C.

On Tuesday, locals can bank on another bluebird day in the Lower Mainland, with temperatures on the coast climbing to 13 C and inland temperatures soaring to 16 C. However, the overnight forecast looks decidedly chilly, with temperatures falling close to the freezing mark.

Wednesday and Thursday are expected to continue the sunny streak, with Environment Canada calling for a high of 13 C on each day on the coast; inland temperatures are expected to reach 17 C and 16 C, respectively.

Clouds are expected to start rolling in overnight Thursday, setting the meteorological stage for a wet weekend. Friday's forecast includes rain throughout the day and a high of 10 C with a low of 4 C overnight.

While Saturday and Sunday look wet, precipitation is more difficult to forecast several days in advance.
