A speeding vehicle was stopped and fined $196 in Richmond this past weekend.
Richmond RCMP pulled over a red SUV that was "driving way too fast" on Highway 91 eastbound on Sunday, according to a Twitter post.
The vehicle was stopped just "past an earlier crash" that sent a two-door Ford into the ditch on the highway the same day.
"A little too ironic, don't you think?" wrote Richmond RCMP in the tweet, quoting Alanis Morissette's Ironic.
