On Friday, Feb. 3, at 10 a.m., Coquitlam seniors can find more about this important contributor to the Lower Mainland economy whena representative from Port Metro Vancouver visits Dogwood Pavilion.
This free presentation will highlight the cargo that is exported and the goods are imported from B.C. Audience members will learn what countries B.C. trades with, all the communities the port borders and how they use trains, trucks and ships to move cargo.
This is an opportunity to find out more about Canada's largest and busiest port, to ask questions and learn how important it is to the economy of British Columbia and Canada.
