As the Oct. 31 event draws near, The Tri-City News is asking for property owners to send us their address and details of the ghoulish designs for visitors to check it out.
And, if you have a photo of the decorations, all the better; we will try to include it in our list throughout the month. We will also feature an online map, making it easier for viewers to find the best displays in the city this year.
