Coquitlam Public Library invites everyone concerned about the planet to a program on environmentally friendly living to commemorate Earth Day.

You can visit the library to learn energy saving tips and for a chance at winning one of many door prizes, including CPL eco-friendly book bags, books on going green and BC Hydro water bottles as well as a $20 gift card from Chapters. You can view energy savings kits that include draft-proofing equipment, water-efficient shower heads and compact florescent lights.

This program is free and will be held at CPL's City Centre Branch, 3001 Burlington Dr. (at city hall) on Thursday, April 14 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
