A pair of Tri-City guys is wishing you an ugly little Christmas.
Chris Boyd and Jordan Birch are behind the Ugly Christmas Sweater Party, an annual event celebrating its 10th anniversary Dec. 23 at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver.
Partial proceeds of the event go to Options: Services to Communities Society and those attending can take part in prize giveaways, carolling, eggnog chugging, tree decorating, a visit by Santa and prizes for the ugliest sweater, original sweater, best moustache and group costume, according to a press release from the organizers.
Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster by phone at 604-280-4444 or online at www.ticketmaster.ca.
Doors opening at 8 p.m. and a mandatory ugly Christmas sweater dress code is in effect.
