The Port Moody Library willbe hosting a Kids Book Club this fall for students in grades 5 to 7.
Get a greater understanding of how to explore the characters in the books and take a more in-depth look at the time period and setting of each story.
Club members will read two books during each six-week session and do some fun activities related to the stories.
Book club members will also become more confident speaking and expressing your thoughts in a group setting. Snacks will be provided.
The Kids Book Club will meet on alternate Thursdays between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. in the ParkLane Room from Oct. 4 to Dec. 13. Space is limited. Registration begins on September 6 and forms can be picked up at the library or downloaded at www.library.portmoody.ca.
