"Building Financial Wealth through Real Estate Assets" runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at CPL's Poirier branch (575 Poirier St.). Karen Dennehy, a mortgage specialist, will show participants how to acquire investment properties and manage them effectively as well as how to finance rental properties and the advantages and disadvantages of holding companies.
