Coquitlam’s Town Centre Park was the centre of the city’s Canada Day festivities, marking the nation’s 149th birthday and debuting the park’s new performance plaza.
The amphitheatre featured musical performances and the event drew some 65,000 people to the park for food, fun and activities. The day closed with a fireworks show.
