Do you dream about travelling around the world?
Max Vincent is a local instructor who is living that dream. Over the past 10 years, he has explored the globe extensively. Most recently, he took last year off work and travelled 76,000 km throughout sub-Saharan Africa, India, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Vanuatu and China.
At a session next week at Coquitlam Public Library's Poirier branch, Vincent will share his insights and experiences to help you plan your first substantial trip, including what you should bring, how to pack your luggage efficiently and general challenges that you may expect to meet along the way.
The workshop runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10.
