Sandy Shergill, who's 18 and a Douglas College student and graduate of Heritage Woods secondary school, is working two jobs to save for the trip with International Volunteer HQ this summer.

Donations will be put directly towards school supplies for Kenyan children as Shergill will purchase paper pads, pencils, art supplies, hygiene items, crayons for the kids.
