It’s the season of giving and Share’s food bank is preparing for its Christmas toy and food hamper program.
Last year, Share served 1,631 households — 4,536 people in all — in Tri-Cities and it needs help to make sure it has enough food and toys to give out.
Share is currently accepting donations in the following ways:
• You can donate food directly to Share’s Food Bank at 2615 Clarke St. in Port Moody (at the rear of the building).
• You may donate at any grocery store in the Tri-Cities.
• If you wish to give a financial donation, call 604-540-9161 or visit www.sharesociety.ca.
