Seniors' issues such as affordable housing, transportation and accessibility will be top of mind next Friday during an event geared to Tri-City residents, caregivers, health care professionals and support workers.

On March 27, the Coquitlam Retired Teachers' Association is hosting a Tri-Cities Community Seniors' Forum at Winslow Centre, 1100 Winslow Ave., in Coquitlam. The event is from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is free to attend but registration is requested in advance online at www.eventbrite.ca (for those that don't have computer access by calling Ken Kuhn at 604-949-0599 and leave a message with your name and phone number).

Participants can hear speakers, including B.C. seniors' advocate, Isobel Mackenzie, ask questions and learn about services from more than a dozen exhibitors.
