Share Alcohol and Drug Program is hosting a free education series running through the end of the month.
The program has important information for those who have an alcohol or drug problem or for those concerned about their use. Topics vary from week to week as outlined below. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Share, 2615 Clarke St., Port Moody
The remaining days and topics are:
TODAY: Jan. 15: relapse prevention - discussion on the psychological, emotional and physical aspects of relapsing and what can be done.
Jan. 22: substance affected - how others misuse of alcohol and drugs affects us and how to help others.
Jan. 29: stage 2 recovery - life in the future.
