STYRO ART

James Kemp is capping off his ceramic artist-in-residence stint at the PoMo Arts Centre with an exhibit titled Morphology. The experimental works are showing alongside oil paintings by Nicola Tibbetts and photos by Erin Busswood.

CHARITYDRIVE

Gleneagle secondary is accepting donations of clothing, sports equipment, electronics and toys to distribute to local charities and shelters. Drop off items in the school's main foyer, preferably packaged in boxes.

FATHER/DAUGHTER ACT

Ross Friesen and Carly June star in Stage 43's spring production of Woman in Mind at the Evergreen Cultural Centre. The "comedy with a dark side" runs today and tomorrow at 8 p.m. and on Sunday at 2 p.m.

PUB NIGHT

Bring your quality household items to Royal LePage (2185 Austin Ave., Coquitlam) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., where donations are being collected for AMJ Campbell Van Lines' Shelter Foundation National Garage Sale. They need kitchen wares, yard and garden items, sporting goods, toys and games and small furnishings; please no electronics, baby seats/strollers, clothing/bedding, dirty/broken items and books.

MS WALK

Enjoy the scenery at Rocky Point Park on the 2- or 5-km Scotiabank MS Walk. Check-in is from 8 a.m. and the walk starts at 10 a.m. Strollers, wheelchairs and scooters are welcome. Early check-in is on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the PoMo rec centre (300 Ioco Rd.).

TREE TOUR

Riverview's incredible magnoliatrees are unfurling for the spring sunshine, so it's the perfect time to join the Riverview Horticultural Centre Society's guided tree tour starting at 1 p.m. from the Henry Esson Young building. Visit www.rhcs.org.

FAMILY FUN DAY
