Recognizing efforts and achievements across community and home for the outstanding contributions by youth and youth advocates this past year, the Tri-City REACH awards are taking place May 3 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Coquitlam city hall. If you know an outstanding youth or youth advocate nominate them today for a REACH award by visiting www.coquitlam.ca.
You can bring your friends and use your speed, skill and wit on May 4 from 4:15 to 5:45 p.m. at Mundy Park as you race against other teams. For kids in Grades 6 to 12, cost is $4 per team of four. And after the race, participants can head to Spani Pool for a swim and barbecue.
