You have an opportunity to learn brain-boosting secrets from Terry Small at Dogwood Pavilion on Thursday, Sept. 20 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Small's presentation is packed with tips, stories, ideas and strategies to help you improve your greatest asset, your brain.

The session will give participants the tools to boost their brain power, improve their thinking and improve their health, all based on Small's information on the latest, cutting-edge neuroscience.

Find out how to eat right, to think right, get rid of negative thoughts, improve your reading skills, improve your memory and much more.

Small has education degrees and is a learning skills specialist. He has presented on the brain for more than 30 years and is a frequent lecturer at Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia.

The fee for the presentation is $50 and registration is required; refreshments are included.
