In the mood for some jazz?
Coquitlam's Glen Pine Pavilion will be presenting the Larry Volen Trio, a jazz trio with saxophone, guitar and acoustic bass on Friday, May 25 from 5:45 to 9:30 p.m.
The trio plays popular tunes from 1940s, '50s and '60s, some rock and roll and famous tunes by Louie Armstrong and Frank Sinatra - great for dancing.
Happy Hour starts at 5:45 p.m. and dinner is served between 6:15 and 7:15 p.m., with the music beginning at 7:30 p.m. Plenty of parking available in the city staff parking lot on Burlington Drive.
Cost is $20 for Glen Pine members and $25 for non-members.
