Writers wishing to meet with people who have similar interests could join the Port Moody Evening Writers' Group.
The fall session runs every Monday (except statutory holidays) from Sept. 17 to Dec 3, 2012.
The group meets from 7-9:30 p.m. at Kyle Centre, behind the old city hall on St. John's Street.

This well-respected writers' group always has room for more members on Monday evenings. The group provides discussion, critique, and support for both emerging and experienced writers of all genres. The Port Moody Recreation Department has offered writers' groups for 35 years.
