Ballfit fun
Dogwood Pavilion, a Coquitlam fitness facility for adults 50 or older, offers a number of specialty exercise classes.
Ballfit, which starts next week, is one of those classes and it is designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility. If you are looking to add variety to your fitness routine, this program might be for you.
