Artisans with knowledge of First Nations crafts can apply to be part of the Indigenous Peoples Day celebration in Coquitlam next month.
Organizers for the June 21 event, which is hosted by Kwikwetlem First Nation, are calling for craftspeople to demonstrate cedar and wool weaving, beading, drum making and other traditional art forms on the Riverview Hospital grounds during the afternoon.
