Jan. 21 and 22: Community Banner Painting Festival at Port Moody city hall (100 Newport Dr.) from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Local artists and Port Moody residents paint colourful community-designed banners that line major Port Moody streets in the spring.
